I got belly ache is it serious?
i been ok all day unitll half hour ago. I had stomach pains that was ging down my stomach. I feel sick i havent been. I still got pain round the back of my ribs. I also got diarrahoe is it just normal sickness or something else. Please advice feel realy rough. My stool is not bloody just runny

The symptoms you are describing sounds like a simple stomach bug or irritation to a new food.
Be sure to get plenty of liquids and rest, and if you like, you can try something like Pepto Bismol or immodium if the diarrhea becomes a problem.
However, if you have diarrhea for more than a few days, begin to feel dehydrated, develop a fever, or the stomach pain persists or gets worse, please see your doctor to be sure.
