I cant sleep tonight?
ive been up since like 8 this morning and i cant sleep now, i was in bed laying there thinking of nothing at all. im just not tired i guess but i want to go to sleep cuz if i miss too much sleep i get a headache. this happend to me last night to. i know my wedding is only 1 week and a 1/2 away and im not like thinking about it at night, but i dont know im just confused and what to sleep.....any sugestions? i know its not a compleate question, but if you dont have anything nice to say then keep quiet or i will spam you.

tylenol pm works for helping you sleep? i might try it, any other cheap over the counter sleep aids?

I think your wedding is subconsciously causing this sleep problem. Get to the drug store and buy an over the counter sleep aid. It will help you, and it's not addicting. While we're here, I want to tell you something from experience. I don't care if everything is all set for your wedding. I hope you live happily ever after. But, girl, if you have ANY DOUBTS whatsoever, postpone it or call off. There should be NO DOUBTS. It just won't work if your not 100% sure in every way possible. :)
