I think I have carpel tunnel in my right wrist how can I tell?!

Question:

I think I have carpel tunnel in my right wrist how can I tell?

It isn't so bad with minimal activity, but when I get in to working, working out, or using the mouse from the cpu my wrist hurts. Mainly on the right side as the palm faces down.
