Why is there a noise in my ear when i move my mouth?!

it could be tmg... i have it... i open and yawn loudly and i hear clicks! its quite common, but if you feel pain or any bleeding id see a doctor.. otherwise dont chew gum and eat slowly! use your mouth for the essentials like talking and eating , cause grinding like that does wear down the cartilage there

I have the exact same thing the last few days and its really annoying. I think it has do do with ear wax build up. You (and I) would need a trip to the doctor . Might need to have it syringed

it is your voice. they want to you to have a personality. personality is in the voice.

It can be trapped oxygen possibly. It happens to me too.
