Anyone know how to cure a terrible crick in a neck cuz i've got one and its horrible. And i have to get rid of it fast. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only way I know other than going to the doctor is using a combination heating pad and cold compress. Getting rid of it fast may not be possible as they normally have to go away in their own time. I've had a bunch of these over the years and they really suck - I feel for ya.
