I get headaches every day at random times. They cause my eyes and sometimes ear!

I get headaches every day at random times. They cause my eyes and sometimes ears to hurt. What is causing it

I try to drink plenty of water and get fresh air. Tylenol makes them subside for a few hours but they always come back even when I sleep.

I would suggest that you have your eyes checked. Although this is also happening when you sleep, it could be that the eye is undergoing changes from straining, and causing the discomfort when it is relaxing also.
