Answers:

First I would suggest you see a good musculoskeletal doctor (Chriopractor or osteopath or even a PT before an MD). With the limited info you've provided my guess would be it has something to do with the muscles that flex and extend your fingers, especially if when you pop them you feel the pain in your arm. It really depends on how long it's been going on. If it just started, you may have slept on it wrong, and caused the muscles to be stretched, in which case it may go away in a day or two. If you're physically active (working out, or an active job) it could be due to overuse, especially if you use your right arm a lot. If you just started playing a new sport, or doing something different, it could be because of that, so you might want to scale back whatever you're doing new so your body can adapt to it. It really depends and to really evaluate the problem, someone would need to know the things that make it better, worse, when it started, what kind of pain it is, if it's radiating at all, and some other info. Good luck with it though
