What are some good ways to reduce soreness from working out?

I work out with my soccer team for about an hour and a half every morning mon-thurs. We always stretch before and after but I am still always sore after these work outs and i am trying to find a way to not be so tight. I am mainly sore in my groins, quads and hammys, shoulders, and sometimes my back. I do not want to have to purchase anything


Answers:

eat bananas every day, stretch before and after, and work out or stretch every day. If you stay stationary and don't continue the work out, the pain will get worse and then go away. You also will be sore every time you work out if you don't do it on a regular basis.
