when i kneel i can especially feel it, i did not work out in about a month,

Probably an injury to a meniscus. Not being able to bend it without pain is a torn meniscus symptom. And/or you might have damaged a ligament. Go to an orthopedic surgeon and get an MRI. good luck
Don't bend it.
go to the doctor and i feel bad for u. you probably stretched one of ur ligaments or cartilage
