Question:

I am having some knee soreness? Please help!?

I have been playing a lot of beach volleyball lately. I have played for the last 6 years and never really had this problem. The tops of my knees have been aching like they are really sore. I have had some tendinitus when playing indoor sports in the past but this is above the knee. What should I do?

Also, its on both knees not just one.


Answers:

I had that before, the doctor gave me some nice pain killer pills. Told me to walk it off as well.
