Swollen thumb ??!

Swollen thumb ??

My right thumb is swollen and it feels very hard when I touch it. I have no idea why this has happened... theres been no injuries or anything like that. plz help!

oh waw I had no idea about the salt thing... I had an iodine tracer injected today + I just had some yogurt +Salt

Answers:

raise your arm up like raising your hand in school. This may help relieve some pressure. You may have also just had too much salt and retained some water.
