I am cramping in my stomach... dunno why. What can I take for it?
I think it may be that "time" of the month, but it is in my upper stomach. And my back is hurting, too. I just woke up like that. I think I slept wrong. Is there any medicine I should take or use like an ice pack or heat thing?
