How can i make myself sick?
no im not beulimic
I just ate a taco chip- and the minute i finished it i knew there was something wrong with it-My stomachs killing me and i keep heaving- I know i have to get sick but its not happening
Is there anyway(Besides sticking my fingers bk my throath) i can get sick
anything i can eat that would make me heave

The others offer good ideas but consider this.... Food borne illness takes 24-48 hours to effect the digestive tract and give you the symptoms you describe. The only exception is botulism....but you would be deadly....repeart...deadly ill if it were botulism. Your illness may be something else or something you ate 2 days ago. Good luck & get well.
