Behind my knee it feels like pinching sensation how do i get relief without drugs ive tried walking?
exersizing no luck i do have degentritive disk diaese ans spondolithies doc wanted to do spinal fusion but i was told not to have it done i take vicodin 2 at bedtime it helps but now pain is getting worse

pinching? like in a muscle, or nerve? its probably your disk thats pressing against a nerve, and its going crazy down there... if you dont take care of it, itll prolly get worse
