What's a good stress reliever?!
Question: What's a good stress reliever?
Answers:
- Going for a walk can relieve stress, and releases endorphins, which make you feel happier.
-Bubble baths are great.
-Spend some time at the library with a good book.
-Go get a pedicure, massage, or haircut at a decent spa.
- Practice breathing slowly, inhaling for ten, holding for five, and exhaling for ten.
- Slow yourself down by reminding yourself that you are important and deserve a little relaxation. That doesn't mean you can get out of all of your responsibilities by hiding in the bathtub, but allow yourself some priority in your own life.
Well, the best would be to go on vacation but that doesn't seem available. Another option would be going for a spa weekend or just a single two hour massage or something like that, you could get a baby sitter for that and they are very relaxing.
