Could it be a Vicodin?!

Question:

Could it be a Vicodin?

I have this travel container that I take w/ me if I go stay somewhere for a length of time of my meds, including Tums, Aleve for cramps etc and when I had my tooth ache I had 2 Vicodins in it awhile ago. I just found it and found a 1/2 of a pill in it and the only imprint I could make out was what looked like the top of a cursive V and a number 3 on it. I think it was a Vicodin broke in half, does anyone know at the top of their head if this what it could be? I want to save it if it is, they can come in handy sometimes when you need something stonger than a Tylenol or something, but w/o knowing the rest of the numbers, I can't look it up to be sure...Thanks

Vicodin does have numbers on it, that is how you can identify the strength, and it was big oblong, I am pretty sure that it what it is b/c I don't have that many different prescriptions, I will just call the drug store when they filled it.

Answers:

sounds like a vicodin. they come in so many different generic types which look very different from one another depending on the company that made it. but it does sound as if what you are describing is a generic vicodin. be sure by taking it to the pharmacy that filled it for you.
