Nails show signs of your health, which is interesting. How can your nails show signs of your health? What kind's of things can they tell you about your health? Is it an important feature that we have or is it just something we don't need? What do you think?

I'm losing the "moons" on some of my nails on several fingers. I'm not sure what this means, but I also have some numbness and tingly in those fingers.
