How can I break the habit of sleeping too much and too late?
OK, so sometimes I will sleep for like 12 hours at a time. I will go to sleep at about 11:00 at night but I won't wake up until around noon. I don't have much to do during the day because I only work on the weekends... I have a lack of motivation for getting up. Any methods y'all know of? Thanks.

I have this same issue!! I just force myself to get up early one day. It will reset the cycle, go bed earlier each day by 10 minutes. Over a few weeks it will help you get back to normal times. I love sleeping but it will create depression and that isn't good. Join a gym where u can get into some type of class in the morning. That way you get up earlier and get some exercise
