I got a penicillian shot about 2-3 weeks ago.. there is no more pain but ive developed what feels like a knot?

when i press on it directly it has a litle pain. its about the size of a dime.

these little knots often form after an injection. It will go Away on its own and it's nothing to be concerned about. You can place an ice pack on the area for ten minutes at a time.
