Health care proffesionals - can this be cleaned? Can't afford to replace a mattress that's only 3 years old!!

Pretty high, I'd go get that mattress professionally cleaned or better yet, get rid of it! Mold in anything is a warning sign for serious future infections, from little scrapes getting infected to bacteria getting into the lungs and causing life threatening diseases. Some mold is harmless, but it's better not to take that chance if you're concerned about yours or someone else's child.
