Stomach pains?
when i eat ice cream or even milk.my stomach gets real upset,and i experience excruiating pains in my lower stomach,and well diarrhea,it scares me sometimes when i want to have a bowl of ice cream or cup of milk cause the pain hurts so bad. i sit there on the toilet for a good hour just waiting for the pain to go away. and even when i have hamburger helper,it happens all the time, i say its the grease,but it doesnt do that to me when i eat something from mcdonalds or something else greasy.i dont know what it is,and its been a good wow 5 years ive dealt with it. anyone know what it sounds like. sometimes i think im lactose,but i can take ice cream every now and again.

Sounds like you're lactose intolerant to me. Your body has a hard time digesting milk products.
Try over-the-counter Lactaid before eating dairy products and see if that helps. It works for most.
