I slipped in our bathroom and fell flat on the floor IIam now suffering from a sore upper right arm.?

It has been one long month already and it is still sore. I have had my PT, x-rays, pain relievers ,etc. to no avail. please anyone out there. Have you had these experience. By the way, my arm is heavy and painful all the time.

Could be a pinched nerve. Put heat on your right shoulder every night. Takes baths instead of showers for a while (hot ones). If it is a pinched nerve, it'll loosen up after a while. Stretch it at least four times a day as well.
