Work Out Pain?!

Work Out Pain?
I worked out yesterday -- doing sit-ups and push-ups -- and now I have pain in my arms and my abdomen. I don't care about the pain, I was just wondering if I should still work out today cause I'm trying to build up my packs and biceps?
Answers:
You're feeling the effects of lactic acid in your muscles doing their job...building muscle. It won't hurt you to work out but it will be uncomfortable.
