What will happen if i sleep while wearing contact lenses?!

What will happen if i sleep while wearing contact lenses?

Normally nothing bad will happen,unless you don't have night and day contacts. Its still not that great to sleep in them constantly. I went to the eye dr yesterday and he said its always best to take them out atleast once a week,and always making sure you change your contacts regularly whether its daily,weekly, or monthly. If you don't it can cause your eyes to be infected and blood vessels going where they shouldn't. Other than that,it should be okay to sleep in them...just don't make it all the time.
