I have multiple abrasion scars from a bike accident. What's the best permanent scar treament?

I unfortunately flew off a motorcycle and received multiple severe abrasions which left some intense scars. Besides creams, what's the best permanent scar treatment?

As other people mentioned, Bio-oil, anything with Vitamin E or cocoa butter moisturisers.

Also, my husband used cica care gel pads which are silicone pads you put on the scars at night. These are for raised and red scars and they worked really well. If they are very severe scars, steroid injections can help too.

But you probably feel worse about the scars than they really are. Remember, its whats inside that counts and your scars show you survived and came through the other side - be proud!
