Help! I am in sooo much pain!?!

Question: Help! I am in sooo much pain!?
I have pain in my anus whenever I have a bowel movement and it stings. I have had a little blood on the toilet paper after having a bowel movement. It feels itchy and uncomfortable. I have noticed it looks a little inflamed after having a bowel movement. It has been nearly 2 weeks now since this started and I can't get in to see my doctor. i only started having problems since I was using baby wipes instead of toilet paper when going for a bowel movement. Any ideas on what it is?

I have been putting sudocrem on it but that doesn't help as you can guess as its been nearly 2 weeks. Sometimes I get like a stabbing pain in my bottom and its feels uncomfortable to sit but not unbearable.

OK, don't worry. You probably have a small anal tear. The blood would be bright red and not much of it. This can happen because you have a very hard bowel movement, which tears the skin. It doesn't have much of a chance to repair itself because it's in constant use! The baby wipes thing is probably coincidence.
I would get it checked at the GP, but there isn't much he can do.

So - buy soft toilet paper and wet wipes paper. Drink LOTS of water and have a high fibre diet - lots of fruit and veg for a few weeks. This will help to make bowel movements easier, and allow the tear to heal. I wouldn't use the sudocrem - try something a little less thick - ask the GP.

I have had this before. I had an anal fissure which is a small tear and this causes the blood. It happens when you strain from being constipated. I went to the docs and they gave me some anal cream and it cleared right up, not had any problems since thank god as its not nice! Or it could be piles to. But sounds like what I have said.

You have Piles Dear as most of us have. You need to buy Anusol suppositories from the chemist and insert one up your bum. This will shrink the swollen veins and reduce the inflammation.
Works wonders.
