Stepped on it or got injured by it? I step on glass all the time, especially near the train station there's litter and glass a lot... I never divert my step and since I'm not a morning person I'm often at a run too. But I've never had a cut in ten years of going barefoot everywhere, and get a tiny splinter maybe once a year. If you always go barefoot, and don't shuffle your feet, the skin is tough enough to stand up to glass!
