My back is killin me, I made a doctors appointment, but thats not untill August, is there anything I can do?
Its right at the small of my back, it hurts real bad to bend over, it hurts to stand after sitting, and lately its even hurt while just walking. =(

Just go to the ER at the very least you'll have Xrays to take with the doctor along with a peace of mind knowing that it's nothing serious.
