Question: So I have been having really bad back pain for the last 2 weeks how can I get rid of it?
So I have been having really painful back pain for the last 2 weeks and I have no clue what is wrong but not it is making my hips hurt and my upper back when I bend over to get something it gives off a shocking pain ( it feels like someone is like pulling my body apart by my lower back? Anyone might know what it is? and how to fix it?

Answers:

PInched muscles are giving you that pain. When the muscles in your lower back are pinched they can press onto the nerves going to your hips to cause pains there as well. To get rid of the back pain you have to free up your back muscles and here's how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

Your lower back is a weak point in the body. It is easy to put it out of place and trap nerves and pull muscles. I have experience of helping people with minor back injuries.

If you put your arms by your side slightly away from the body and slowly rotate from side to side transferring the weight from side to side, as you do this keeping the head up right (do not look down) do this slowly if in pain you should stop. Rotate slowly like a swinging motion describing a circle with the arms. The nose and navel should always be inlign when doing this exercise
Knees should be slightly bent. This will help to relax the body and upper and lower back.
It will take time and on no account lift anything heavy or move quickly from side to side.
If you still have problems go to your Docs. Hope this helps you.
