HELP ! My Back Is Killing Me !?
OK, yesterday I was cleaning out my car and I must have bent my back in a weird position and not I cannot move it anyway to the left It hurts so bad that It was hell getting ready for work and sleeping. I have tried a Hot shower and icy hot Patch and pain killers. and a massage but when i do that it hurts even worst. is there any thing else to do?

you probably pulled something, i play softball 24-7 so i pull muscles a lot. what i usually do is i take a long warm bath with that area in the water, and afterwards i stretch it out. it really hurts to stretch it out but its the best way to make it not so tense. good luck
