How do i fix my leg?

My upper thigh is sore everytime I run or do any sport. It is usually the only muscle that is sore. I stretch it out but it always comes back. It's annoying!


Answers:

Have your pelvis, knees and feet checked by a chiropractor, if any of those joints are not moving correctly it will affect the leg muscles
