collar bone is it possible to break it with out really?!

could be, also you could have cracked a rib, it hurts like crazy when you breath, could also be your sternum, just take your fingers and apply pressure to the area, when you feel the most sensitive area then thats obviosly the problem area, if its between your shoulder and neck/upper chest area its prbably a broken collar bone, but a upper rib may also be cracked.good luck!

could be my cousin broke his when we were playing football one year at thanksgiving. Nobody even tackled him he just fell weird on it.
