All you can do, a quad strain is a terrible injury. Feels like a knife is grinding through your leg. All you can do is rest and let it heal. Stay off of it for at least a week and get back on it slowly. Otherwise you won't ever let it heal. I know its hard to sit out a little bit of a season but it'd be better to sit out a week than have it hurt for another 2 months.
