What is this? please read this! pain in abdomen.?

im 14, and after i eat, i get pains around my whole abdomen, left and right sides. pretty much everywhere. i also "go" a lot. what could this be?

"go" would mean yes either diarrhea or sometimes soft solid

Hmm, I can think of several things. Sometimes, the stomach can get enflamed by too much acid. This is called gastroentinitis. Usually something like tums can help this. (though my friend had it so badly once she had to get a prescription antacid)

The other thing it might be is some sort of IBS symptom (irritable bowels syndrome). When you say you "go" a lot, do you mean diahrrea? This is pretty hard to diagnose (lots of tests!), but there are things that can help! You should make an appointment with a doctor if this persists.
