Killer headaches out of nowhere?!

Question: Killer headaches out of nowhere?
Like it's rainy outside, and changing weather. Anyone know any NATURAL remedies that can help these things other than sleeping. It's been happening for 2 weeks and a day.
I took Tylenol Please help.

Oh the headaches aren't THAT bad, able to function with them, but still throbbing like sinus cold headaches sometimes...

Answers:

You have tight neck muscles causing those pains. When the neck muscles are tight they back up the blood in your head to fill the sinuses and give you head pressure. The neck muscles go to the top of your head where they connect to muscles going around your head. When the neck muscles get tight they pull the neck muscles into pain and you have your headache. To get rid of these problems you have to free up your neck muscles and here's how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about one minute, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
