Sudden lower left quad abdominal pain?!

Question:

Sudden lower left quad abdominal pain?

My stomach has been hurting about a week and the pain has suddenly migrated to my lower left abdominal area. Does anyone have any ideas? Please don't say "go to the Dr." Because I already made an appointment for next week. Just want to make sure its not serious. Oh, I've had accompanying nausea, dizziness and a fast heart rate when going from sitting to standing. All answers are appreciated. I thank you for taking the time to help me out. :)

Answers:

abdomen is a magic box and the pain related to the magic box is sometime difficult to figure out. The possibilities are
1. pain come from descending colon, sigmoid colon, and rectum ( they are situated in left lower part of abdomen). May be due to constipation, infection, inflammation, due to the very spicy food.
2. pain can also come from female genito-urinary organ like ovary, fallopian-tube, ureter, bladder due to menstruation, infection and inflammation.
3 sometime neurological pain can radiated to there like nerve compression in intervertebrae disc.
4. sometime female hernia (femoral hernia) can also cause pain over there
So for more specificity need other exam: like blood work to check for infection, X ray study, ultrasound study and futhermore to the CT exam.
