nose piercing infection?!

I'm not sure if i have an infection or not. I got my nose pierced about 3 weeks ago, and there's like a small bump right next to the hole. It's not a hard bump, it's kinda squishy and it doesn't hurt or bleed. It feels like there's some kind of puss or something inside of the it. What is it? What can i do to get rid of it? Is it an infection? I'm realllllly worried about it, it's been there for like a week.
