Today i was lifting some boxes at work and....?!

Today i was lifting some boxes at work and....?

somehow i have baned my under arm , it was sore at first and when i looked at it , it had a large hard lump appear and broused around the edge. the lump is rock solid is it worth going to the doc's or am i being silly, dont want to waste Doctors time??
