Starting to fatigue quickly during basketball?!

Starting to fatigue quickly during basketball?

During basketball, the past few days at open gym.
After 1 game of constant up and down the court 5 on 5, i started to get very dizzy, legs weakened, and just couldn't play good anymore. Which isn't good in the eyes of the coaches, even though they know i can play good. Then i can barely make it through the 3 or 4th game and i play horrible. I feel horrible, when i play bad. Coaches are on my a** cause im sucking. But i couldn't go anymore, i was so dizzy, legs weakened to where i can barely walk!, and feel qweasy. I don't know why this is happening, its like the first time out of my many years of playing basketball. Im a sophomore. So i don't know, this didn't happen the past 3 weeks. All of sudden.. it came up.

Also it could be not enough sleep and body exhaustion.
i wake up at 5 every day go to weights, then do dynamic sprints etc.
for about 1 hr 30 mins.

Then i rest for awhile, go to football for about 2 hrs.

Then i got to open gym for 1hr 30 mins.

Thats alot of activities, and hard work.
So that could be a problem to.
I make sure and get 8 hrs of sleep but still struggling

Answers:

Not Sickness or Dehydration, It my just be overexertion. That kind of heavy activity is not good to just jump right into it. You need to work up to that kind of thing. First say 10 minutes than 15 then 20 etc.
