Headache caused by Ginkgo Biloba?!

Question: Headache caused by Ginkgo Biloba?
For the past couple days I have tried taking Ginkgo Biloba to help with my brain functions such as reaction, memory, dreaming. I've heard it really works.
After taking it for several days I noticed severe headaches off and on since the day after I started it.
Ginkgo Biloba is used to allow more blood flow to the brain. I think I have too much blood flow now and is causing horrible headaches similar to migraines. (I only had 2 migraines in my entire life)
These headaches started from lasting minutes at a time to now hours.
I have stopped consuming Ginkgo for 2 days now and the headaches still proceed to come back. It feels like high pressure in my head and it's really painful to my head after standing up, sitting or bending over.

My question is:
Is there a way to get rid of the headaches, or high blood pressure in my head?
Should I just wait it out and see if it gets any better?
Could this possibly be a sever medical problem?
And, Is there anything that can help lower my blood pressure to the brain?

Answers:

When things aren't going right in our bodies the first thing that happens is we tighten up muscles. That was your reaction to that stuff. When your neck muscles are tight they reduced the blood flow out of your head to cause a back up pressure in it, the pressure you are feeling. Your neck muscles go to your head where they connect to muscles going around your head. When the neck muscles get tight they cause the head ones to go into pain as well giving you the headache. Freeing up your neck muscles will get rid of both of these problems for you and here's how to free them up:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about one minute, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
