Here's what you do. Lie down on the couch and have your mom take her index finger and her middle finger and press down on the lower right side of the abdomen. Then, tell her to let go of her pressing instantly. If you scream out in pain when she lets go then, yes, it's a good indication that it's either the gallbladder or appendix. If you notice no difference in the pain, then wait until the morning and go to the doctor. However, if you feel the pain increases after she releases the pressure on your abdomen, then go to the ER immediately and let the doctor there examine you. More than likely, he/she will do the same thing as I just described.

Or it could very possibly be one REALLY bad case of gas and you just need to lay on your stomach. But I'm feeling like it could be appendicitis as well. But you need to do this test first before you spend money to go to the ER.

Okay, yes, this sounds exaclty like appendicitis. You definately need to go to the emergency room now. You aren't going to drop dead like any minute - so stay calm - but it is something you MUST go to the ER for right away. Not tomorrow.
