I guess you mean they ache? So it's probably arthritis, which can start at any age by the way. Take Aleve Liquid Gel, and if you can soak them in warm water w/ epsom salt. The Aleve has Naproxen in it and it is most prescribed by doctors for mild/minor arthritis. If your pain is extreme you can take 1 Aleve and 1 extra strength Tylenol. The Tylenol has acetaminophen and is a great mild pain reliever.
