Whats the best way for me to do a split? Without hurting myself?

As if I was a cheerleader.


Answers:

You have to gradually stretch and loosen your muscles. If you stretch everyday and gradually go a little lower to the point that it doesn't hurt, you should be able to do a perfect split in a couple weeks. Just don't force it and don't over-do stretching.
