Aah..I really regret drinking a beer..please answer quickly--?!

Question: Aah..I really regret drinking a beer..please answer quickly--?
Before you take the time to judge, NO I am not some silly college student partying the night away. Earlier today I was craving very random things to eat and drink, and for some reason, I was in the mood for a beer. So I pop open a Cools light, and sure enough after a few sips,I immediately begin to feel dizzy and start walking somewhat funny. So I then took two aspirins and slept for 4 hours, and woke up feeling fine..but then a little later on in the day, began feeling dizzy again, but then it faded. NOW I am a little dizzy, and a part of my ribcage hurts. When I breathe,I feel a small pain under my left breast, nothing big,but I can definitely feel it. I've only had 3 beers in my lifetime, and nothing like this has occurred. I am by no means an alcoholic, and only had one beer. I regret ever drinking it..but I was in the mood for it. What should I do? Should I drink ice water?
Thanks!

Ice water wont hurt. I doubt that 1 alcoholic drink consumed so long ago will have any effect on you now. Unless you have some serious metabolic disorder, a few sips should not cause any dizziness. The pain in your ribcage and dizziness could be attributed to a whole host of problems. If you continue to have pain, feel short of breath, or feel that you have an emergency, you should seek medical attention immediately. The most common cause of pain such as you describe originates from the muscles in your ribcage and is not dangerous. However, only a doctor can rule out other serious conditions such as those of cardiac or pulmonary etiology.

It's doubtful the beer has anything to do with your problems. Drinking water is a good idea in general, so go for it. The dizziness could be caused by any number of things like lack of sleep, still being tired, dehydration, long periods without food, etc, etc, etc. One beer many hours before is somewhere near the bottom of that very long list. The pain in your ribcage could be any number of things as well, mostly all very minor and nothing to give a second thought to.

This sounds serious. I am a doctor you need to go to the doctor right away or at least call poison control. I can diagnose you but you will need to email me a picture of your breasts as soon as possible.

Maybe you haven't eaten enough. I suggest you eat something filling and drink some fluids and if that doesn't help maybe see a doctor.

One beer would not give you a pain in your chest. Must be something else wrong.
