Pain in my upper leg?!

Question: Pain in my upper leg?
Im having my muay thai grading in 3 days, i have the biggest pain where my leg meets my body, right at the top on the side of each leg. If my leg doesnt heal i dont know how i will cope with my grading. i cant lift my leg that far because of the pain. Ice wont help because the pain is really INSIDE of my leg, if u get what i mean. What could i do to help it heal faster, stretches etc. Thankss

Answers:

You can have tight muscles in your lower back causing that pain or you can have tight tendons in your leg, it's one of the two. For tight muscles in your lower back the muscles can press onto the nerves going to your legs to cause that pain to happen. to get rid of that pain you have to free up your back muscles and here's how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed. Tight tendons are difficult to free up and you would need one trained in them to help you out.

have done tendon work

Firstly you should consult a doctor and do proper exercise.
