The older I get the less sleep I need. I am 41 and would love to be able to sleep 8 hours a night.?

Hey, I'm 41, too! I frequently have trouble sleeping the entire night, I sometimes wake early but other times wake around 1 or 2 am for several hours. I have found that caffeine is the problem, even if I drink caffeine after 1PM I will still have trouble sleeping. Another trigger I have found is alcohol. If I have more than a glass of wine, I will fall right to sleep, but then awaken several hours later.

I suggest cutting back on caffeine for a day and see if you are able to sleep longer. Best of wishes to you!
