I have an intense headache! Help?
I have a headache and I've taken Ibprophen. And it still hasn't gone away. Anybody have a remedy? Thanks!

You could try Tylenol for Migraines. But if you don't have any of that, then I would get yourself into a dark, quiet room. Get a washcloth and run it under cold water. Put some ice cube in the washcloth and lie down. Put the washcloth over your forehead and apply as much pressure as possible. Make sure that you lie there as long as possible. Actually, it is best if you end up falling asleep because usually, if you are asleep long enough, you will wake up with no headache.
