i have this really bad pain when i breath in. help?

Also, one must be careful that you didn't fall and break a rib. If you are having fevers and coughing up rust colored sputum, then you have a bacterial pneumonia. Lastly, it could be musculoskeletal in nature from lifting or twisting.
Unless you are having fevers and chills, it is likely that it will go away on its on.
