Nasal congestion; PLEASE HELP!!!?
For the past few days I have had a sore throat, fever, severe cough, etc., and I have just started to get better. However, at 2 am this morning, I woke up because I could not breathe through my nose. I tried using Afrin nasal spray, but it did not help one bit, probably because I was already so congested. Then, when I woke up this morning, I took 2 Sudafed pills, but they're not working at all and I'm miserable! Please help me!!! If you know of any treatments that I could do, then please mention them as well as HOW TO DO THEM (step-be-step instructions, please). I really do not like treatments with any rebound, because I just want to get better. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
One more thing: is it good to keep trying to blow my nose, or should I not be doing that?

Try Vicks vaper inhaler. Its at kroger stores. For about 3-5 dollars. It works like magic!! IN the colds section of store!
