Painful bite in private area?
i guess it was when i was sleeping but right at the end of the neck of my penis i have a bite that is red, painful, and i dont know what it is. i would say an ant, but i noticed when i shaved the hair off, under the surface this bite has some hard tissue, like a small circle under this, i am kind of scared, i hope its not a spider that bit me and layed eggs near my nutsack.

It is a good question. If the area swells and cuts off cirrculation, you need medical attention as there is no collateral cirruculation to the penis. If it is just a insect bite that your bady has a normal response to, take some benadryl and advil for the swelling and discomfort. You can also apply a cool compress to the area to keep swelling down.
